We offer a free 2 hour evaluation to all new clients and the first 4 hours of service at a 20% discount. We also feature discounted rates for a "Block" of pre-paid service time. Block Time can be used for any services we offer.

We also offer automatic and manual remote monitoring of network health and critical functions such as backups, disk space, server services, etc. which can help minimize network outages and down time.

All rates are billed in quarter hour increments with a one (1) hour minimum for on-site service and fifteen (15) minute minimum for remote services.

For major upgrades and installations, we will provide a written quote and/or a "not-to-exceed" price upon request.

Parts, systems, and software are billed upon order and due upon receipt.

Travel time is billed in quarter hour increments after the initial fifteen (15) minutes at the current hourly rate.
